Meter Reading

Evolve Energy provides electricity meter reading and billing services for commercial properties that have a bulk electricity supply and individual metering points for tenants. For example, large office buildings that have a single account with an electricity retailer and multiple tenants who are separately metered.

We can provide the following services:

Meter Reading – This involves monthly visits to site to read the electricity meters, record the data and perform a visual safety inspection of the switchboard.

Energy Advice Notices – Using the collected meter reading data, Evolve Energy prepares monthly Energy Advice Notices for each tenant detailing the energy usage, amount owing, comparisons to previous energy usage, carbon emissions and energy savings tips. Energy Advice Notices are used to provide monthly electricity invoices for tenants.

Energy Analysis Reports – Evolve Energy prepares monthly Energy Analysis Reports which detail the Electricity Retailer’s charges, Income from tenants and the Profit/Loss for the period. This allows building owners to ensure that the costs for providing electricity supply services to the tenants is effectively recovered.
