Energy Savings Plans

An Energy Savings Plan is simply a well developed plan which identifies opportunities for cost effective investments or changes in the way you operate to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the use of energy. To develop this plan we seek to understand your future plans for the business and establish your existing energy usage by reviewing your current energy expenses (ie electricity, gas bills etc). We also undertake a detailed energy audit to fully understand your existing energy usage patterns and costs. From this information we can develop a plan of actions to help you evolve towards a sustainable and cheaper energy future.

You will be provided with a detailed Energy Savings Plan outlining actions you can take to reduce your costs and emissions. These actions will consist of:

    Things you can do now – no cost

    Things you can do soon – low cost and

    Things you can plan for – make an investment. 

All actions will be provided with a budgeted cost to implement, annual expected costs savings, simple payback period and the estimated emissions savings.

We also provide you with a Life Cycle cost comparison of the plan with your existing energy usage. This analysis will clearly indicate when the plan will start saving you money and the costs over a chosen life cycle period so you can effectively plan your ongoing energy budgets.

These plans will set out when work is required and detail the type of work to ensure your energy systems perform and delive the best life cycle cost solution. You will have a clear understanding of your future expenses and can leave it up to our professional team to advise you what work is required and when. Planning in these areas has been demonstrated to help reduce life cycle costs, reduce emissions and reduce costly unplanned breakdowns.

Energy Consulting

If you require an Energy Consultant to work with you for a short or long period solely focussed on a particular task we can also provide this for you.

Fees will be structured on a consultancy style basis.  A contract outlining the work to be performed and the fee structure will be developed and agreed prior to commencement.
